Thinking of getting engaged? So, I think it’s time to pop up this question…

There are a lot of my frens who are getting married and almost everyone is also in a relationship. I just read my fren’s blog.. Sharing how her bf proposed to her.. a lot of my frens had also told me of their experiences of getting proposed by their husband.. so romantic…

Doesn’t every girl daydream how her future husband will propose to her?? every girl also wishes their boyfren will pop up this question in a unique, one-of-a-kind, incredibly romantic and creative marriage proposal idea with mayb a diamond ring or flower purchase… this will be one of the most significant moments that last a lifetime.

Frankly, I also dreamed how my future husband will propose to me… but there was N years ago when I was in secondary school.. all chi mui (buddy) gathered together and talked about how we wished our husband would look like, how he will propose to us, where to go honey moon… hahaha… now I do not dare to expect anything as I am scared god knows what my heart whispered about and then take away my wish.. no expectations that’s y no disappointments. Mayb this thing wont happen to me also.. but as at present no thought at all about it. haha..

Will u marry me?? I hope 1 day I can say it loud… “YES 1397”…

The Mooncake Festival is just around the corner!

Still remember the last time when you paraded lantern? In your childhood time? I still remember when I was a kid, my big family had a family reunion during lantern festival in my eldest auntie’s house.. There were rows and rows of colourful lanterns hanging in the garden. Children played games with full of laughter and joy… and the adults stayed up late to observe the occasion of eating mooncakes, sipping tea and gazing at the beautiful moon and chit-chating throughout the night.

It is a significant day of celebration in the Chinese lunar but unfortunately when we get older, we seldom celebrate this festival. When we get older, we may just go back home to have a reunion dinner with family and get back to our busy life again… When we get older, we don’t even touch those lanterns… When we get older, we may seldom taste the mooncakes as it is too sweet and fat (I think applicable for girls lah)..

I feel happy in mooncake festival this year.. as I really have those childhood feelings back… I have 4 little cute monkeys (nephew & nieces) in my house and these 2 weeks, we put rows and rows of colourful lanterns with clips on the cloths line and moveable cloths hanger.. When I am free at night, I will bring the children parade around the neighbourhood with colourful lanterns.. They feel very excited and I also feel happy too!

 

We should enjoy our adulthood as we do our childhood. Don’t always make yourself busy. Take your time to look at the peaceful calm moon and cherish all the beautiful moments in your life!

生病后才觉得原来身边有那么多人关心自己,这何尝不是一种幸福?本渐渐疏远的朋友也开始联络了起来. 不管是场大病或小病, 可是每当被慰问的时心中总是暖暖的, 心中也总会不经意的微笑. 生病让我学会了珍惜每一段的时间, 珍惜和每一个人相处的时间, 也真正体会到健康的重要性.

之前曾怨天尤人, 怎么一波未平, 一波又起? 何时才会风平浪静?

嗯, 其实我也不知道. 我想, 该好的时候总会好的吧.

One day Bee met a unique beautiful looking creature in a park.

Bee:          Hello! I’ve never seen you around this place. Who are you?

Butterfly:   I’m Butterfly. I fly around these beautiful flowers.

Bee:          What do you do just flying around the flowers?

Butterfly:   I’m sucking the nectar from these flowers.

Bee:          For your baby or somebody else?

Butterfly:   Huh? Nolah! The nectar gives me nourishment to fly and i enjoy these flowers everyday.

Bee:          I see… I too suck the nectar from these flowers, but not to provide nourishment to me but to collect it and take it to the hive for Queen bee and baby bee to go strong.

Live not for others. Happiness too.

Happiness actually is for ourselves. Being happy is not difficult.

Last time, I was a Bee - who was so naive and didn’t know how to colour my little world.

But now i am a colourful Butterfly who believe someday will draw a rainbow in the sky!!

Live VIVA!! God has given all the colours to us. We have to learn how to use it by ourselves…
